Your day to day

Lead, Develop and deliver luxury PR strategies that deliver cut-through consumer PR for all our Luxury brands to increase awareness and preference – with a focus on the Americas.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Focus on big ideas for Luxury PR that wins the hearts and minds of consumers, and set our brands apart from the competition with a focus on enabling global delivery and owner ROI in the Americas
  • Develop and manage the Luxury PR calendar
  • Lead the development and enable the implementation of external PR activity to deliver global Luxury objectives, working alongside team members across GCA.
  • Daily management of the AMER Luxury agency o ensure alignment, consistency, efficiency, effectiveness and value for money.
  • Establish positioning platforms and key messaging that differentiate our Luxury brands.
  • Training, advice and support to key management as required.
  • Subject matter expert on ‘great PR’ for Luxury brands
  • Effective reporting, performance data and analytics to measure PR ROI
  • Establish and maintain media relationships with AMER luxury consumer media outlets
What we need from you

Educational Attainment:

  • Degree level – preferably in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
  • Excellent English and any further languages would be valuable, though not essential

 

Critical Expertise & Experience:

  • Around seven years’ experience in external communications, preferably in luxury and lifestyle
  • Experience of working within a complex business with a range of stakeholders with different needs and with senior people
  • Experience of agency management
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects

 

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines
  • Knowledge of the global media landscape
  • Strong written and oral communication in English

 

Owns:

  • Global frameworks and Brand PR strategies for luxury brands
  • Compiling and disseminating best practices for luxury PR globally
  • Campaign Budgets
  • Luxury consumer PR Agency relationships

 

Influences:

  • Luxury Brand Marketing Plans and Integrated Campaign Strategies
  • Luxury PR localisation in priority markets
