Your day to day
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner and process all payments according to established procedures.Main duties include: welcoming guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner; registering guests, issuing room keys, providing information on hotel services and room location; answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner; up-selling rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue; accurately processing all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures.
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years experience in Front Office role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills You will need to be available to work different shifts times. You need to possess cash handling ability and understanding.
