Your day to day

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and administration of analytical and reporting solutions and the execution of reporting needs, data gathering, trend analysis and communications of findings and recommendations to support Growth Initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities(Key Activities)

  • Manage and execute extraction of data from various sources. Design, build, and run complex data queries for various reporting and leadership requirements to support growth initiatives.
  • Execute special research and analysis projects. Work closely with growth team and global strategy to provide consistent data and forecasting assumptions.
  • Develop reports to meet business needs. Ensure that work is being completed in an effective and efficient manner while still meeting the business needs
  • Provide tracking of growth initiatives and the base business to ensure tradeoffs and growth targets are both realized; build presentations to report findings, make recommendations, and/or to support strategic discussions for senior leaders
  • Assist on critical corporate activity
  • Build and maintain statistical and financial models and reporting of (market dynamics, business models, emerging growth opportunities, competitor actions, etc.) to support business decisions and growth initiatives recommendation and highlight critical concerns, summarize and present senior leaders
  • Collaborates with various internal data sources and teams to provide tailored effective reporting to guide market growth on effective brand preference and revenue driving marketing initiatives
  • Produce and update dashboards and reports to help stakeholders run their areas of responsibility to achieve AMER priorities and metrics
What we need from you

Educational Attainment:

  • Bachelors in Business, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate or related disciplines or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Critical Expertise & Experience:

  • 3-5 years progressive work-related experience in multiple areas of statistics, business, consulting and/or capital projects management and reporting, financial and/or business analysis, accounting, merger/acquisition analysis, or a related areas.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated quantitative/computational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to problem-solve, make sound recommendations based on data, make day-to-day operating decisions, and proactively contribute to team goals.
  • Demonstrates clear, concise, and succinct communication skills, including adapting both verbal and written communication to the needs and level of the user.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking through a proven ability to analyze markets, performance data, and business issues and draw insight and conclusions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Operational knowledge and advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Access) and Tableau
