What we need from you
And of course the more detailed view on what you do as Reservations Agent:• You receive, process, cancel, amend and confirm guests room reservations;• You ensure all related necessary information is properly recorded and answered;• You make sure all information is correctly and timely entered into the system, particularly with regard to blocking rooms, VIP's, special requests etc.;• You maintain the information quality in the system;• You complete the daily departmental task list in Reservations;• You keep close contact with other reservation centres amending their availability chart;• You liaise closely with Banqueting and Sales and assists both departments when necessary;.• You attend and contribute to all Sales and Front-Office meetings;• You ensure that all correspondence for the present/following day has been correctly made available;• You align arrivals and VIP list against correspondence and make necessary adjustments;• You make sure that the guests receive a speedy reply to their needs in all forms of communication;Would you like further info?You can simply call us, see contact data info.
