Your day to day

As Assistant Chief Engineer you will direct the engineering/maintenance of the hotel and ensure the safety and comfort of hotel guests and team members – making sure all activities are delivered safely and with compliance. Motivating and training your team with the skills to keep our hotels’ always looking their best.

This role offers the opportunity to learn from a highly experienced, award-winning Chief Engineer who has a proven track record for developing team members to grow within our organisation. 

What we need from you
  • Minimum of 3 years experience after trade in electrical /mechanical or marine engineering.
  • A passion for learning and self development.
  • Experience in managing dynamic projects.
  • The ability to multi task, lead and manage a team as well as contractors. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
