Your day to day
As a Senior Sales Manager you’ll oversee and implement all Sales activities in your specific area of responsibility. Implements all sales action plans related to his/her marketing area as outlined in the Marketing Plan.Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within his/her marketing areas.Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features / services, hours of operation, schedule in-house activities, location and timesAttends meetings as requested by Director of Sales & Marketing / Assistant Director of Sales.Submits weekly sales reports, business-generated reports, and weekly call planner to Director of Sales & Marketing.Attends all major functions held in-house.Supports hotel promotions and events and ensures information is fed into the market.
What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales• at least 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office• Good writing skills
